earthquake on my cheesecake!!

sighhhh....

lesson learnt:

1. never use a whisk to whisk the cream cheese batter
2. Never over-mix the batter
3. don't over-bake the cheesecake!!

OR ELSE IT WILL CRACKKK!!! argh!
